Kathrin Werderitsch

Kathrin Werderitsch moved to New York City to pursue a career as a professional model. Aware of the importance of taking care of her body and mind in a high pressure and physically demanding work environment, she completed the Institute for Integrative Nutrition program IIN, to understand holistic nutritional needs that contribute to physical and mental well-being.

After modifying her nutritional habits and trying various workout routines, Kathrin felt there was still something missing. When she discovered yoga and meditation and its many health benefits, her ongoing life transformation truly began.

Kathrin's passion for yoga led her to deepen her practice and become an instructor. She completed the 200-hr YOGA teacher training at Yoga Vida in New York. A 85-hr PRENATAL YOGA training to be able to support and empower women in all stages of their life, various workshops on restorative yoga and breath-work as well as a 200-hr MEDITATION teacher training at Three Jewels in New York followed.

During the pandemic Kathrin started to teach online and realized the continuous need for low impact movement and relatable meditation practices. She designed kwkollective to share her favorite flows, and mindfulness tools accessible to ANYONE and ANYWHERE.

As a breath work practitioner and meditation coach Kathrin also enjoys sharing the practice with corporate, hospitality and brand clients. She has worked virtually and in person with companies such as Spotify, Colgate, Peacock, Goldman Sachs, America Vintage, Casa Cipriani, Aircall and The Knot.
