Kathrin Werderitsch moved to New York City to pursue a career as a professional model. Aware of the importance of taking care of her body and mind in a high pressure and physically demanding work environment, she completed the Institute for Integrative Nutrition program IIN, to understand holistic nutritional needs that contribute to physical and mental well-being.
After modifying her nutritional habits and trying various workout routines, Kathrin felt there was still something missing. When she discovered yoga and its many health benefits, her ongoing life transformation truly began.
Kathrin's passion for yoga led her to deepen her practice and become an instructor. She completed the 200-hr YOGA teacher training at Yoga Vida in New York. A 85-hr PRENATAL YOGA training to be able to support and empower women in all stages of their life, a kids yoga teacher training, various workshops on restorative yoga and breath-work as well as a 200hr MEDITATION teacher training at Three Jewels in New York followed.

As a breath work practitioner and meditation teacher she focuses on creating beautiful and personalized session based in Tibetan Buddhism psychology & methods, designed to awaken your mind to new ways of thinking, being & interacting with the world around you.
Some of her virtual and in person yoga and meditation clients include The Knot, Colgate, American Vintage and more.

During the pandemic Kathrin started to teach online and realized the continuous need for low impact movement and shorter yoga flows. She designed the Kwkollective to share her favorite flows, stretches and mindfulness practices accessible to ANYONE and ANYWHERE.
