It's human nature to sometimes get caught up on difficulties and stressors we encounter, but we can learn to not dwell on those things and come back to the simple beauties of the present moment. Here is to training our minds to be present and appreciate this present moment.

Improves balance which also decreases the risk of falling and injury, decreases chronic pain and improves your workouts due to better overall muscular performance.

This Introduction offers some general guidelines on how to modify your Yoga classes during each Trimester.
